Fine Art Pineneedle Basketry Dodie Ulery, a native of Daytona Beach, is an award winning artist specializing in fiber arts, including weaving and basketry. Her work is seen and sold in art galleries and shops throughout Florida. Her baskets are strong, tight and practical, reflecting the more natural primitive style of the Native American Tribes of the Gulf Coast. She teaches workshops throughout Florida and Georgia. I facilitate workshops for children and adults several time a year. Photography for Children - is a workshop that always brings surprises. In just a few hours children learn how to "see and compose" images. The images below were taken by children between the ages of 8 and 10 after one hour of instruction.
